QulunEaave : I was the buy not the seller. I only buy on eBay.
On one of my recent transactions it says this:

eBay decided in favor of the buyer in a dispute filed with the eBay Resolution Center. Because you didn't have enough money in your account to cover the refund, eBay issued the refund on your behalf. Please reimburse eBay now for the refund.

This is the first time I've seen this so I'm a little worried

This is how the transaction looked:

Mar 29, 2013 Payment To Brad Phillips Partially RefundedThe seller refunded part of the payment.
The seller refunded part of the payment.
... -$98.10 USD

Dumpsypsurf : You may receive a fake email that claims to be from PayPal. Sending fake emails is called "phishing" because the sender is "fishing" for your personal information.

The first thing I'd do would e to contact PayPal support by phone.

asdrjh536 : You have to pay to know what your credit score is. If you have no credit, you wouldn't have a credit score.

yughkygsrlxh : Maybe not credit cards but you must have had car loans, mortgages, etc, right? That would mean you have a credit score. There are a lot of 3rd party score calculators out there, just run a Google search. Although not exactly the same as your FICO score, is generally pretty accurate. Either that or you can register on the MyFICO community with your SS number and they will draw most of your scores for you (EQ, EX, TU, FAKO, AA FICO, BEACON).

Talfarietealp : You have no credit card, so you have not any credit score. If you want credit score, first buy credit card and use it for paying bills or payment for at least 12 months and pay it off on due date. Then you get credit score by FICO.

dingvenivaw : Call the number on the back of your card and ask them. You may not have the type of account that pays cash back.
