roinemanath : I've been thinking about getting a Windows 8 Tablet, but I'm not sure what to go for. I want something similar to the Microsoft Surface RT, being that it's a 10 inch, has a USB port, and has the attachable touch or type cover. I would just get the RT, but I want something with an Intel Atom instead of a Nvidia Tegra because it runs the x86 architecture, so I could use normal desktop programs. I would also like it around $300-$400(a 32GB Surface RT is $299 refurbished.)

Makvsell1887 : Hello friend, there are several business conferencing tools which are alternative for Go To Meeting or Adobe. they are listed below.

1. WebEx Meeting Center
WebEx Meeting Center has been a very popular piece of software and is in fact considered market-leading by numerous groups, and with some of the features it now has, I can understand why. It looks like WebEx was built from the ground up as a small business to enterprise level collaborative meeting application.

2. Microsoft Live Meeting 2007
Microsoft has always tried to integrate video and web conferencing options into its software, and the latest version of their meeting software, Live Meeting 2007, is better than its previous versions by far.
Live Meeting requires a larger software download than most of the other clients, but this usually means that the application is more responsive and handles like other desktop applications, where some software that is handled through a web interface always feels delayed in performing actions.

3. Zoho Meeting
As part of the growing set of Zoho tools online, Zoho Meeting is their web conferencing and desktop sharing tool.
Zoho Meeting works online, and is platform independent, meaning you can run meetings with Windows, Mac, and Linux computers. It does require the latest Java, ActiveX or Flash software to run the meeting, but this software is installed on almost all computers currently.

Jamesgos : The question: To make a profit, a local store marks up the prices of its items by a certain percentage. Write a java program that reads the original price of the item sold, the percentage of the marked up price, and the sales tax rate. The program then outputs the original price of the item, the marked up percentage of the item, the store's selling price of the item, the sales tax rate, the sales tax, and the final price of the item. (The final price of the item is the selling price plus the sales tax.)

This question is supposed to be a basic programming assignment that is supposed to run in command prompt. Basically all there needs to be done is the mathematical part for each item. I'm confused as to how to approach it, please help! The format it needs to follow is (I would need to add onto this):

import java.util.Scanner;

public class Assignment4 {

public static void main(String[] args) {

Scanner myScanner = new Scanner(;

// change this to be your name...
String myName = "your name here!!!!";
System.out.println("my name is "+myName);

try {
// get orig price:
System.out.print("enter the original price:");
double origPrice = myScanner.nextDouble();

// get percent markup...

// get sales tax rate...

// compute total price...

// output data and results...
System.out.println("original price = $"+origPrice);

} catch (Exception e) {
System.out.println("something went wrong!");

} // end method main...
} // end class Assignment4...
