tireargueme : Yes, you can request that they leave and never come back. If they do you can legally call the police and have them removed.

enurmouse : If in your world a homehomer is the person who owns the home, the answer is yes. You have the right to deny access to anyone you wish.

GroomoDropy : In my area, yes, the owner of the property may have a "no trespass order" issued by law enforcement to the offending individual. Since all jurisdictions are not the same, contact an attorney or local law enforcement.

TUTPeessyboms : Recently my mom has developed Diabetes. She never had any symptoms before but, a few years ago she found out she had Heart Disease. Her doctor put her on Atorvastatin (Lipitor). A few months ago before she found out about the Diabetes we saw a commercial about a lawsuit against Lipitor causing women to develop diabetes. After seeing it she spoke to her doctor and, asked if she was at risk. He told her no and, that she wasn't taking Lipitor but, was taking Atorvastatin. At the time she didn't know they were the samething so she continued to take it thanking nothing else about it. Last week when she found out she now had Diabetes she asked if the medication could have anything to do with it again he said no. Telling her that nothing in her medication could cause Diabetes. I did some research and, that's when we learned that Atorvastatin was Lipitor and, that it contain Statins which have been shown to cause Diabetes. So, that makes twice that he lied first telling her that Atorvastatin wasn't Lipitor, then telling her there was nothing in her medicine that could cause Diabetes. We understand that she possible could have developed it from something else but, we bother that the doctor lied twice when asked about it.
Ok for those who don't understand what i'm asking i'm saying mom she stop taking her medicine or that Lipitor is the cause. We were concern about the doctor lying when she asked about it. That is what were talking about.

Cewayerep : You would have to consult with an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice cases. They would review the facts you have and advise you if you have grounds for an action of any kind. However, you would probably have to document somewhere that the question was asked and that those specific answers were given. People do not often document things like that so it would be a stretch.

DalVelmactill : i think you are over reaching on the subject of Lipitor and diabetes. If it was shown to 'cause' (in the engineering sense) diabetes, the FDA would have prohibited the drug. [I know they haven't since I'm on it.]

now, Lipitor may be a risk factor in the development of diabetes -- and there are many such including family history, genetic heritage, foods regularly eaten, etc.

Lipitor has other possible side effects as well -- small doses if possible and regular monitoring of other indicators are required.

Ererryhew : Dr's don't know about drugs he just pushes them for the kick back on Pharmaceutical.. Pharmacist knows more about the drug.. if any concerns ask your pharmacist..
Dr's just know they work for the type of problem you have.. With medication might work on the problem but cause another problem.. So I would say you need to ask about all pros n cons..
Contact a Lawyer n see.. A lot won't do if its a class law suit. Lawyer won't make money and class suits you don't make a lot if there is a million people..
Best to eat right for diabetic and reverse it.. Good luck
